Retailers may trial the software for free for 30 days.
The free trial is available to retailers with US $1 billion or less in revenue and 400 stores or less. Larger retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers may trial the software for a nominal fee.
Yes. We work closely with each customer during the free trial. We will help you upload stores, users and forms and will answer any questions you may have. You can reach us on our toll free number or by email.
We bill monthly in one of two ways: audit-based pricing (cost per audit) or quota-based pricing (fixed cost for x audits). There is no setup fee, no per seat license, no hardware, software or maintenance cost or any other fee. Fee is billed at the end of each calendar month, due net 30. US customers are billed in US Dollars. Canadian customers are billed in Canadian Dollars. European customers are billed in Euros.
Yes. Customers sign a service agreement with three-year price protection and standard clauses (confidentiality, non disclosure, data of customer, etc...).
Yes. You can cancel the service at any time with 90 days written notice, with no penalties whatsoever.
Yes. Using the web interface, you can export forms, visits and most reports to Excel and PDF. You may also request a complete dump of your brand's data in CSV format at any time. This text-based, database-friendly format can be used to import visits into a third-party system, at any time, including, but not limited to, contract termination.
You do. Contractually, the customer's data is the sole and exclusive property of the customer. Compliantia is granted a license to the customer data for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Unfortunately no. Since we do not charge for setup, training, support or maintenance, working with brands with less than 20 stores is not economically viable.
Yes. We have invested heavily in making large datasets manageable, from the use of pagination, tagging and narrowcasting to automated imports. Thanks to automation and usability research, working with large retailers is just as easy as working with smaller ones. Our customers do several thousands audits per month. We have a large and redundantly load balanced infrastructure with a lot of spare capacity.
Compliantia was established in 2009. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Betterdot Systems Inc, established in 1999. Betterdot Systems is privately held and does not report revenues. We have been profitable every year since 1999, are self-financed and debt-free. We are registered with Dun & Bradstreet.
